Pretty friendly and affable staff at the property, lovely rooms. Room with a comfortable bed. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet available. Warm welcome from host. Setting short walk to metro. Btw, located to a local Sali & Tabacchi shop.

Everything was very good, we didn't feel like leaving. We had a very nice stay in Milan near Central Station, and the centre of Milano bus station and central railway station. There was a very comfy bed, excellant bathroom. Had a bidet. Its location was beautiful, 2 km from a main public gallery.

The room was new-fashioned and amazingly comfortable and provided with a comfortable bed. The staff was really kind here.

The room is spacious complete with a comfortable bed, can find everything you need. Moreover, it has very central location close to a Metro stop.

We greatly enjoyed the stay here, really comfortable experience. The beds where quiet to sleep in. There was a bath. It had a great and super setting really close to Repubblica metro station, the underground, and Duomo.

Wanted to see Milan popular places and this apartment was lovely place for exploring most of them. The room was new-fashioned and complete with a comfortable bed. It was 10 km away from the airport.

We had a great stay at this family-friendly aparthotel. The location was superb, with easy access to the metro station and Central Station. We also loved being close to trendy boutiques for shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our needs and ensuring a pleasant stay. we were impressed with the facilities and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Some of the beds were not very comfortable.

There were a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. During the stay we used a handy kitchenette and cooked breakfast by ourselves.

The venue has very good sized rooms and good location close to a train station. Very very helpful staff, thanks a lot for your job. It offers a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Close to Linate airport, which is 15 minutes drive away.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained with modern amenities. The housekeeping service was excellent, providing new towels and keeping the room tidy. The location was fantastic, close to trendy boutiques and local shops. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

There was a recurring unpleasant drainage smell in the bathroom, which was off-putting. Additionally, the communication with the staff was challenging at times, especially due to the language barrier.

Location is particularly good - really close to train station, dining and tourist attractions, the center and shops catering for the everyday needs of Milan people. Staff is helpful and competent.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Porta Nuova and was impressed with the high-quality facilities and amenities provided. The room felt like a luxurious 4-star hotel room, with top-notch linens, towels, and bedding. The vegan and natural shampoo and soaps were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, with only a 5-minute walk to the nearby metro station. I felt safe walking around the upscale neighborhood, even at night. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to Aparthotel Porta Nuova on my next visit to Milan.

The only downside to my stay was the €30 fee for checking in after 8pm. However, aside from this small inconvenience, everything else about the hotel was perfect.
